Our Mission: Our mission is to foster the development of emotional and spiritually healthy congregations that are vigorously missional without experiencing the financial and administrative burdens of property ownership during the vulnerable years after planting.

Our Method: We accomplish this by providing support, encouragement and stability to church plants and small churches by offering the use of a sacred space at a significantly discounted price for up to 7 years.

What Church Plants Receive:

At a minimum, churches receive:

  • Access to a sacred space to worship in.
  • Available use of classroom space, office space, some storage space, use of kitchen and the Fellowship Hall.

Details of the use agreement are flexible and designed to provide security for the church plant without sacrificing flexibility for the community center. Additional services are available to church plants upon request, free of charge. These include:

  • modest consulting services are available for church plants for 2 hours/month.
  • 10 reduced cost/free counseling sessions for pastoral staff with a licensed professional counselor.

What we require?

We are looking for four things from prospective church plants:

  • A signed affirmation of the Creeds and the Lausanne Covenant by church leadership and pastor.
  • A copy of a Child Protection Policy with clear reporting procedures.
  • A signed copy of Grace Mid City’s Spiritual Abuse Accountability Agreement.
  • An outline of what space requirements are needed, including the times and days. Based on this data a rental amount will be calculated using an objective algorithm derived from our actual costs of operation. Typically it is prohibitively expensive for groups to pay the fair market value, so we donate a significant amount of that number to the group. Rental amounts can range from $500/month for a weekly service in one of our prayer rooms to $7,000/month for full campus access with office space and use of multiple spaces, multiple times a week.
